​How the Process Works:​

1. We perform a critical clean & prep step which removes contaminates and embedded dirt from the surface.  This step is essential to ensure proper adhesion of the new finish, although almost every company out there skips this step.  Without properly prepping the floor, there is a high risk of having adhesion & peeling issues down the road. 
2. ​We buff sand the entire floor to remove surface scratches and help aid in better adhesion
3. We perform a final clean up to the entire area
4. We apply a highly durable & long lasting polyurethane finish to your floors
