Do Your Floors Need Refinishing?​
​If your hardwood floors are heavily worn or damaged, they will need to be sanded down and refinished the traditional way.  Common things that require refinishing to fix are:

• Dark stains
• Fading from the sun
• Deep scratches
• Paint spatter
• You want to change the color​​ 

​How the Process Works:​

1. Plastic is hung over adjacent rooms to ensure the rest of your house remains dust free​
2. We perform an extensive, multi-stage sanding process that takes the floors back down to their original bare state
3. The entire area is cleaned in preparation for the final steps
4. The stain is applied (optional)
5. We apply the sealer and multiple coats of our high quality polyurethane​​​
